Elyra Sleep Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

Eligibility: You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Non-returnable items: Certain items are not eligible for return, such as gift cards, personalized items, or anything marked as "final sale."

Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the address.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Rejected refunds: If your return doesn’t meet eligibility criteria, you won’t be refunded. In such cases, we can offer to return the item to you at your cost.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at support@elyrasleep.com.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@elyrasleep.com. Please include clear photos of the product, packaging, and your order number. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund.
