💤 Elyra Sleep – Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love your Elyra Sleep purchase. If something isn’t right, our customer support team is always here to help you find the best solution quickly and fairly.
🛒 Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order anytime before it has been processed or shipped — no questions asked.
Once your order has been packed or shipped, we can no longer cancel it. In that case, please wait for it to arrive and then follow our return instructions below.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@elyrasleep.com with your order number and the subject line “Cancellation Request.”
🔄 Returns & Refunds
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
1. Defective or Faulty Items
If your SnoozePods Pro or any Elyra product arrives damaged or not working properly, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- A short description of the issue
- A clear photo or short video showing the problem
Once verified, we’ll offer one of the following solutions:
- A replacement (free of charge), or
- A full refund of your order
You do not need to return defective items in most cases, unless specifically requested by our team.
2. Change of Mind / Comfort Issues
If you change your mind or find the product uncomfortable, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Please note:
- Items must be clean and in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if they choose to send the product back.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
You may choose one of the following options:
- Full refund — if you return the item to our fulfillment center in China (shipping costs covered by you)
- Partial refund (15%, 25%, 50%, or 70%) — if you prefer not to return the item. This option helps us reduce CO₂ emissions and unnecessary waste.
🚚 Delivery Delays & Tracking
Orders are shipped from our international fulfillment center in China.
Tracking numbers are provided once your order is dispatched. During peak seasons, customs or postal delays may occur — this is outside of our control, but we’ll always assist you in tracking your order.
If your package hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue or issue a refund if confirmed lost.
