We deliver to most countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at support@elyrasleep.com, and we will be happy to assist.

2. Processing Times

  • Order Preparation: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Extended Processing Times: During high-demand periods or for custom orders, processing may take longer. We'll notify you of any delays.

3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping with the following estimated delivery windows:

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or unexpected carrier delays.

4. Shipping Fees

We provide free shipping on all orders, no minimum required.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

6. Customs Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Please check your local customs policies prior to placing an order. 

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. 

8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • Lost Packages: Contact us at support@elyrasleep.com, and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

  • Damaged Packages: Notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Delayed Shipments: If your order exceeds the delivery estimate, provide us with your order number so we can investigate.

9. Order Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that window, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Address Changes: If you need to update the shipping address, please notify us immediately. Changes might not be possible once the order is processed.
